"A beautiful riad with a pool and a lovely terrace. There were lots of places for us to relax. Each bedroom had an en suite so no bathroom sharing."

The location was a bit of a shocker, it’s right in the middle of a bustling medina. Some of the surrounding properties are in disrepair/falling apart and it was kinda hard to get used to, but once you do (around day 3) you realise it’s just life there and you get on with it.

"Everything was great. Very kind and caring hosts. We felt very welcome. The camp is direct in front of the dunes. The tent is beautiful and have everything you need."

"What I loved most was the design and the attention to detail, from the entrance all the way up to the rooftop terrace. Absolutely beautiful, a true corner of paradise and peace. Also the staff’s hospitality was exceptional, incredibly generous and always mindful of every need and request I had."

What I didn’t particularly enjoy is very subjective, and others may not see it as an issue. Although the experience of staying there is very authentic and absolutely worth trying, for me, stepping outside the property became a bit overwhelming due to the chaos, traffic fumes, and noise in the area. It was interesting during the first couple of days, but after that, I found myself wanting to stay inside and enjoy the peaceful oasis within the accommodation instead. A small additional aspect would be the lighting in the shower/toilet area, which could be slightly brighter.

"Great stay in the desert. Very pleasure and helpful staff, that cars about you very nice. Just be in peace. Great location near the dunes, but away from the biggest camps."

"The Receptionists, The Restaurant Staff and the Service maids all were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the Bathroom was a good size and clean."

We have no complaints about the overall stay. A small point: Hot water for the Tea at breakfast the kettle was always half full! I would have liked to see it full.

"Arriving at night, it was difficult to locate due to poor signage and GPS issues. The GPS showed a more complicated route, but there was actually an easier way that it didn't indicate. Thankfully, I had a four-wheel-drive vehicle, which made navigating the rough terrain possible. The hotel was a lovely experience in a remote village with stunning views, and I was the only guest that night. The bed was comfortable, but I ordered a bottle of Moroccan white wine that didn't have a price listed. It ended up costing me €50, which seemed quite expensive. I believe they should provide a wine list for customers to choose from, as it can get costly. Overall, the hotel experience was very nice, but I recommend asking for a drink price list before ordering."
