"The rooms (we booked 2) were beautiful, very clean. The location is great, 10-15 minute’s drive for supermarket, and 20-30 drive for tourism spots and known trails in the Golan. The stuff is very available and we they assisted us with all requests."

It was private away from the centre of Vevchani. It felt very homely. We were there in winter and it was great and in summer it would be even better.

Some more kitchenware would’ve been nice. Not much soundproofed but it was silent in the evening in the house; Only some youths outside parading their tuned cars up and down the road.

We had 3 massage therapists who took care of us💆‍♀️Higly recommending it! But let's get back to the beginning, we got welcomed by Ahmed, who gave us a beautiful room with a balcony facing the Nile. For many a dream come true.. You will be welcomed wih a refreshing cold hibiscus tea. The breakfast buffet there has a huge selection and in the evening you can also have a dinner buffet with a view to the Nile if you sit outside. There are two pools, gym, some stores with souvenirs around the hotel and even a swing to take a beautiful sunset picture with a view to the Nile. Thank you Ahmed for your assistance, we felt very welcome thanks to you. 💯☺️"

The surrounding area is poor, but don't be scared, the locals are welcoming and kind. Sometimes you have to be patient so order your breakfast early if you have an adventure day planned.

"had a super nice stay in Villa Sofia, room is very clean and comfy abd the house comes with a beautiful garden. the owners are so so nice and helpful, enjoyed chatting with them and wished i have had more time :) short walk to the waterfall is also a big plus and busses pass right at the house. highly recommend💚"

When making the booking for 2 or 3 bedroom, booking.com must state that the other room in the mansion are also simulataneously for rent with strangers. This can be an unexpected suprise for those who wants to spend family time specially since the kitchen and living room are to be shared.
