"Spacious, clean, no need for an ac because it was cool enough to sleep. Very nice terrace. Apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. The pool is a pretty nice addition, we enjoyed it very much."

"Location is close to many historical and natural attractions. We took one of the jeep tours on the mountain and were very happy. The kids loved animals - especially the baby piglets. The food was excellent, freshly made from the farm."

"The hosts, the place itself with a dog Gigi, and the surroundings are just great and it feels very peaceful. We appreciated kind hospitality, local foods, and delicious homemade breakfasts. On top of that, you can taste their own wines and spirits. Rooms were spacious and the A.C. worked incredibly. If you are looking for a calm place to unwind I highly recommend to try this. "The host was great we took the food option and the food was really good-we didn't realise our host was going to cook onsite. We had a really enjoyable evening in conversation with our host.nice areas to sit outside and to walk around small farm."

It needs a bit of work to give visual appeal outside as is in fact one accomodation unit only but comfortable inside. Also beware if you take meal option (recommend) then beware it will be prepared in the kitchen of your accomodation.

"La struttura è a dir poco favolosa, immersa nella natura. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti ma avrei fatto volentieri una settimana. L'appartamento molto grande, con un corridoio che affacciava sulla strada; dalla finestra della camera si vedeva il fiume. Ampio spazio per parcheggio ed inoltre l'host è una persona eccezionale che ha saputo anche consigliarci cosa visitare e dove poter mangiare bene e devo dire che ha superato le aspettative. Arrivando di sera, quando già il sole era calato, abbiamo trovato la strada - per raggiungere il posto - abbastanza buia. Nessun problema, basta esserne a conoscenza

"The breakfast was great with good selection of cooked food and continental. We had a Seaview room. The place was very clean and peaceful. We were able to organise sightseeing and transfer to the coach station with Eleni at a cheaper price than a taxi company. There's no public transport from the guest house to the centre and it's high up. On one occasion Eleni's husband dropped us off at a bus stop (for free) to go to the national park. Eleni and her husband were friendly and they have a little dog. We enjoyed the sun and our stay overall. Sarande is a good base to visit other places. The view from the castle which is almost behind the guesthouse is not to be missed however you need transport to get up the mountain. We had to google places to eat that met our dietary requirements. These were in the centre or a little further away."

"Beautiful and calm place, check-in process was easy as we could communicate in Italian. The host is very welcoming and kind, also an early breakfast (7AM) was no problem for him. Beds are comfortable."

The Milestii Mici Winery is a bit far away on foot (at least in winter :) ), but our host was really helpful and gave us a ride both ways for 5 EUR in total.

It is a little bit away from the town, but that is no problem if you have a car, which you can park for free at the property.

I think that all negatives are already mentioned in the previous reviews, but: - water smells (however my husband drunk it and had no issues) - kitchen could be more equipped (at least something for drying of dishes would be nice) - darker courtains will be nice, i saw light from opposite cottage all night

"Service was exceptionally good. We miscommunicated with our driver and he waited at the wrong town. Front desk lady patiently help call for cab drivers. Many cab drivers were not available last min but she never give up helping us to make calls. We love the place, serene n beautiful. We stayed in the balcony room n it’s spacious with a big hot spring tub. My kids had a great time making diy chocolate and feeding fishes at their pond."
