"The beds were comfortable, the laundry service was good, the staff were friendly, ans the kitchen was large ans well equipped. The location and value were really good."

"The bathrooms were unclean and one of them smelled strongly like sewage during our stay. It would be preferred if the beds had curtains for privacy."

"The dorms and the bathrooms were cleaned daily and on top of the two ceiling fans each bunk bed had its own fan as well. The common area was very spacious. Enough lockers and power outlets. Communication with the staff was easy. The lady who runs the place also offered to help me with buying bus tickets and helped me to get back my charger after I had already left the town. Thank you so much!!!"

"walking into the house immediately feel like home, clean, big open living area, with couches, TV, tables, kitchen is very clean and has all you need, there is oil, salt, cafe free to use. house is in a very nice neighborhood, quiet and short walk to the bus station and mercardo, restaurantes. I booked 3 nights, end up 5 nights. for sure I will stay here again when I am in the area."

"Manuel Antonio isn't the cheapest destination, so to find a place like this in a great location felt like hitting the jackpot! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The hostel is in an annex of a residential home, and the owners are lovely and full of common sense advice. There's a well-stocked supermarket and cafe/restaurant on the corner, just 5 minutes walk away, and the bus stop is right near that."

"The rooms aren't air conditioned - but there's a ceiling fan. It wasn't a major issue for me - the heat doesn't bother me too much and the nightly rain in Manuel Antonio cools things down enough anyway - but good to know."

"Very clean hostel and beds were really comfortable! Less than 5 min walk to the bus stop which is easy to get into the main town. Owners were super friendly and very helpful! Kitchen was one of the cleanest I have seen! Enjoyed my stay here, would recommend!"

"The view couldn't be beat anywhere in Manuel Antonio!! Overlooking the ocean and a smaller bay that one of the smaller cruise ships anchored in, for the night. There was a sloth, a toucan and monkeys in our trees. On-site steak restaurant El Lagarto with great food. We had a two bedroom unit with fridge, stove, large TV, good A/C and wide open to the view - even had horses grazing below us. Store within walking distance. Each bedroom had a double and a double bunk bed - 3 in all. We loved our deck with the views!"

"The facility fully met our expectations. For this price it was hard to expect more. Not far from the airport (45 min by car) - perfect as a starting point for visiting the DOKA coffee plantation, POAZ volcano or LaPaz gardens. After a full day of sightseeing it was very nice to relax in the pool. On site restaurant was not working but there are several supermarkets and restaurants in the area (if you want to stay here unfortunately you have to have a car). Very nice host."

"This hotel is a gem and we wish we could have stayed longer but just came for the night to be close to hike Chirripo Mountain before flying back home the next day. The rooms were spacious, bed comfortable and everything was very clean. We didn't get to explore the trails and grounds but they seemed well mapped out! The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful!"
