"A gorgeous hotel with a lovely pool and a calm, peaceful atmosphere throughout, perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the standout highlights was the restaurant on-site; although it isn’t part of the hotel, it served absolutely amazing food and really elevated the overall experience."

"Beach Towels: I was surprised that my room didn’t include proper pool towels. While other guests had bright, striped towels by the pool, I was given a basic quick-dry towel that felt more suited to a campsite than a hotel stay. Breakfast: There was no breakfast included, which was disappointing…especially given that there’s an excellent restaurant on-site. It would have been great if the hotel offered a package or partnership to include breakfast. Staff: Overall, the staff didn’t feel particularly welcoming. At checkout, the guy simply took the keys without any acknowledgment, thanks, or even asking how my stay had been, which left a rather indifferent final impression."

"The accomodation was all fine, there was just a big party going on behind the hotel until late and it was very loud. Nothing the hotel could do about that. Just check in advance of you need a good night rest."

"There are lots of great things about this hotel. The swimming pool, close proximity to the national park and tour operators for snorkelling trips, the hotel has some free bikes to use. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The hotel has a bar, which you can get great drinks at and e hot around the pool."

"- Our room wasn’t ready until gone 3pm, but check in is at 2pm. - There are only 8 sun beds, 2 of which are in a bad state +4chairs, unfortunately, this meant that often you couldn’t get a spot at the pool, some people where putting towels on the floor. - Our room was left unlocked after it was cleaned. - On the final night of our stay there was a local festival, the noise ran after midnight which made it hard for us to sleep. (Not the hotels fault, but, we weren’t told until 10mins before it started that it was taking place). - Our pool towels were cleaned, but were stained and tired."

"Its walking distance from Ballena National Park, the staff is very helpful. I didn't bring a hairdryer, but all I had to do was ask at front desk and they lent me one. The restaurant owner has a very cute and friendly chiuhauha. The room is clean, the air conditioner is strong and quiet. There are many restaurants nearby."

"The bed is not the comfiest and the shower could use some pressure. Also, if you have long hair, you have to bring your own conditioner (they only have shampoo and liquid soap). Breakfast is not included and the closest bakery is 37 minutes far on foot."
