"Everything was well organized, a lot of events, the food was delicious and there was a lot of it for every meal. We had 3 dinner reservations in the different restaurants during our stay, and it was quite refreshing to try something new. The staff was amazing, everyone was very helpful and kind, and that really enhanced the good atmosphere. The rooms were also cleaned every day. We had a nice holiday and rest, everything was already thought of, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The resort is very close to the city so it’s very convenient visiting it, during the day or night, since it’s a 5 minutes walk."

"We initially had booked a comfort bungalow, but we were placed in a room in the main building. It wasn’t bad but an information before we arrived would be nice."

"Amazing breakfast, a lot of options, and staff really nice always ready to help with everything we need. The best hotel I have been so far. My flight was late and they offer us a room to have a shower for 30 min at the end of the day."

"Right on a beautiful beach; food was much better than expected (considering past reviews). Staff was helpful and kind; facilities are a bit outdated but i think they are apropriare considering the cost; it felt like a great place to just relax and not worrying about anything. I kind of agree with the poor quaity of alcohol but hey, if you can have as much as you want and you’re not paying a ridiculous price, I guess you should expect this; even then, we had plenty of cocktails and enjoyed them very much"

"Sometimes the main buffet was overcrowded and people didn’t behave properly, which is surprising considering that there was never a shortage of food. but i guess that says more about the guest than the hotel :)"

"Tout! Le bungalow tres confortable, climatisé avec une excellente literie. Un restaurant tres bon avec nourriture tres variée ( nous n’avons absolument pas été malade) le personnel est tres sympa, les massages sont top! Et les petites attentions régulières dans notre chambre."

"A simpatia dos funcionários, o quarto sendo simples, bastante confortável, e, sem dúvida, a localização que permite alternar muito facilmente entre o resort, a praia e Santa Maria. Muito espaço na praia e 3 piscinas que ajudam a distribuir as pessoas e por isso acaba por ser tranquilo (e sem a "doença" tipica dos all inclusive da reserva das cadeiras). A animação não é intrusiva como em outros sitios, mesmo na praia a ouvir a musica da aeróbica e das danças da manhã. O buffet - embora não espectacular - estava sempre a ser resposto até ao último minuto. As refeições nos restaurantes muito boas. Por fim, os "mimos" que o hotel nos deixou no quarto em alguns dias."

"Os espaços comuns precisam mesmo de ser recuperados. O espaço do buffet não é confortável, as piscinas estão gastas, as mobilias exteriores e interiores são antigas."
