"Outside it looks like on pictures, amazing location"
"Staff. My room wasn't ready, I came later than official check-in and had to wait for 40 mins more. Noone notified me that my room is ready, so I had to ask again if my room is ready. No AC in the lobby. You can't use fridge, no kettle in the room."
"The hotel is perfectly located, just minutes from the bus station, the beach, and the promenade. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the food was fresh and delicious. The property is spacious and has two outdoor pools and good infrastructure. The hotel isn't the newest, but it's well-maintained and exceptionally clean, both in the rooms and common areas. I was upgraded to a deluxe room, located in the bungalows rather than in the main hotel. The room had a terrace and access directly to the quiet pool. A wonderful surprise from the staff upon arrival."
