"The location of the villa was lovely, beautiful area. Lovely restaurants bars, lots of locals. The beach was close and was amazing"

"The villa is well located just a few minutes walk from kennedy avenue where there's restaurant and bakery. Also a few minutes walk from the beach and supermarkets. The villa looked just like the photos on the website and would definitely stay there again"

"The company was good in answering our questions leading up to our stay. We had a few issues 1 being the patio light not waking which was resolved quickly. However the pool lights didn't work for the duration of our 10 days we reported this on day 2 and it was never resolved. The day before we left one of the pool drainage holes became quite strong and would pull you tonthe hole if you swam near the area which we found worrying especially for the kids this was reported immediately on the emergency number sadly it was not sorted."

"Good location although can be some traffic noise at night but wasn’t to disruptive. Very close to The Kings Shopping Mall 5-8 mins walk, downtown water front 5-8 mins . Any issues we had with property eg more towels etc we were answered and resolved quickly. Well equipped apartment"

"Best villa we have ever stayed in! The place is so clean, decent spec and so well equipped. Lots of little touches that made it perfect - storage, hangers and hooks, fantastic kitchen equipment, off road parking, activies and games, a cot, and an excellent location between restaurants and a beautiful beach. Feels like a loved and cared for property and not just another villa."

"We can only recommend this place! The property is located a short distance from the Larnaca seafront, above the bar run by the same owner Mike. Our room was cozy and absolutely functional. In one corner there was a cleverly designed built-in wardrobe, sufficiently spacious and with plenty of hangers—something quite rare to find! There also were adapters for the power outlets—another detail that can really make a difference when traveling. Small touches like the bottles of water on arrival and the chocolates on the pillow made for a lovely welcome. It was also very convenient to have access to a shared area with a toaster, microwave, kettle, and a large water dispenser to fill your bottles for the day. Finally, the host Mike deserves special praise—he is truly a wonderful host, extremely kind, funny and welcoming. He did everything possible to make us feel at home and to help us fully enjoy our short break in Cyprus."
