Moored on the Vltava River, Botel Racek is only a 10-minute tram ride from the centre of Prague. It offers paid private parking and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Botel Racek was completely renovated and reopened in 2022. This boat struktur hotel offers rooms with satellite TV and bathrooms. Ducks and swans can be seen from the windows. Botel Racek features a bar and a restaurant serving traditional Czech cuisine. Tram lines no. 3, 17 and 21 stops right outside Botel Racek. Public transport tickets are available at the reception. Botel Racek is located next to Swimming Pool Podolí (100 meters) and Leisure Park Žluté Lázně. The centre can also be reached in a 25-minute walk along the river. Vyšehrad Castle and a public swimming pool are close by the Racek Botel.

Special thanks to Vivek who was seamlessly managing the restaurant during our stay. Dinner menu had a few great options to choose from - we enjoyed the pike crunch fries!"
"When the temperatures dropped, our river facing room got really cold and uncomfortable at night despite the in-room heating - however the staff immediately offered us a portable heater when we flagged this. So glad :)"

Not too central so the city noises would disturb us and at the same time handy for a tram into the centre. There is a swimming pool very close and a great riverside walk into town. Our room had a river view (recommended option) with a peaceful outlook."

The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but there’s an area with many restaurants just one tram stop away, and every tram line takes you straight to the center — super convenient! If you’re looking for a quieter stay and a slightly different experience, this is the place for you. Everything was great: the breakfast was very good, the staff extremely friendly, parking very convenient, and overall just excellent. I would 100% recommend it!"
