"This is an amazing and unique accommodation in the heart of nature. Especially great for birders, since the rare Ridgway’s Hawk and many other interesting species can be seen easily around the lodge. The food is great for a good price and the staff super friendly. Of course you have to expect difficulties if you don’t speak Spanish, but if you try enough, you always get what you want. Also I have to mention the amazing views from the rooms and properties!"

"Just a fantastic place - very unique. Nice staff, good food, fantastic views from our room. It might be rustic for some people, but the room was very spacious and comfortable. No air-conditioning, but the location on the hillside was breezy and cool - the ceiling fans were more than enough. A beautiful spot and a different experience - one of our favourite places in the D.R."
