"The room was comfortable and spacious. Abundance of food and many varieties and I really missed the fried plantain. We loved the beach and entertainment. The spa was amazing. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Julio Cesar who went out his way to make sure my young son and I got to our room dry in the pouring rain. I was happy I ran into to him the next day, as I got his name and thank him again for his kindness."

"After a long flight we waited for almost a hour to check in at the lobby. It would have safe time if guests can just filled out the neccessary paper work while waiting in line. Another issue was water dripping in the closet and getting our clothes soaking wet. We were moved to another room, but very noisy at its was right across the main pool. The price that Booking. com showed was lower that what I was charged at hotel. I would like to know why I paid more."

"This was my second time staying here, and I enjoyed it even more then the first. The restaurants are good, the rooms are very comfortable and, overall, the facilities are great. What really sets Sunscape Coco apart is undoubtedly the friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Especially the entertainment team: Pumba, Cappuccino, Alendrina and the Pool-bar staff, Marianna and Yunior. We'll definitely be back."

"The staff members were really friendly, from the front desk with Ezequiel and Rosa. Food and beverage team, especially Jose Manuel and Karolyn. Estella and Pamela at the Explorer Club was great with my child. The tennis Guru, can't remember his name, he was great and took time out of his schedule to make sure that guests had enjoyable activities. The nightly entertainment were great and the team did an awesome job coordinating. The hostess at Kalesiscope restaurant were warm and welcoming. Every interaction we had with the staff were pleasant they made us feel welcome. The food was overall good. We had the opportunity to enjoy the Sun Club and the amenities were great."
