"El anfitrion o reaepcioniata es el mejor resepcionista en todos los hoteles de ecuador, es mas deverian contratarlo para capacitar a todo el servicio hotelero de todo el ecuador,porque le hace falta, felicito al hotele Monaco por tenerlo como resepcionista,en mi istoria viajando por el mundo creo que a sido mi mejor experience, saludos"

"Alicia was a great host, very friendly and informative, and always available on WhatsApp. She helped me get my jacket back, which had been lost between the ferry and taxi transport, and we had a good laugh straight away! The place felt clean, and the hot water was working well. Free water dispenser in the hallway, which was a blessing considering how hot it was in Santa Cruz! The kitchen has all the basic utensils you might need for a few days' stay, and the upstairs terrace is a nice place to chill out. The room was the size you need for one person, with air conditioning and mosquito nets by the window. The place is very easy to find, 5 minutes away from the muelle and super close to a road filled with restaurants. Snorkeling masks and fins can also be rented for a cheap price. Would definitely stay here again!"
