"The setting is very beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. Bathing in the river was amazing, although them calling it a "ritual" was weird. A night suffices if you are only going to do the activities offered by the hotel."

"They charge you for a 5 star experience but that's not what you receive. For the same price, you are treated much better and given many more treats at other places, Hacienda Rumiloma for example. If it is the luxury experience you are looking for, this is not the place, though they charge you as such. It is beautiful, and everything was great, just overpriced. Maybe the price premium comes from being in the middle of a Polylepis forest. If that is worth it for you, go ahead."

"The staff. Starting from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the guides, they were amazing. Extremely polite, fun, and very knowledgeable. Really makes for a fantastic experience. The place itself is magical, and the hotel has managed to get it through to its guests. The food was excellent, and at a great price/value."

"My only comment was that guests should receive the activities and meal schedule ahead of time in order to not miss any of them."

La atención muy buena desde el momento que realizas la reserva. Es pet friendly. El proyecto es consciente con el medio ambiente y conservación de la flora y fauna."

"Se pago un adicional porque era el cumpleaños de mi mujer, eran detalles en la cena y el cuarto. PERO cuando llegue habian decidido que era un festejo distinto (aniversario de matrimonio), asi que mi sorpresa para mi mujer no fue agradable. Al momento de mencionarles, la respuesta fue, ohhh que pena, para la proxima mejoraremos...., Esa no es manera de solventar un problema. Otro problema, nuestra habitacion llena de humedad, pero ahi si lo solventaron y nos ayudaron con otra habitacion. En general, tienen que se mas cuidadosos con detalles que no son gratis."

"La ducha tenía menos de un minuto de agua caliente y el clima es frío y el cuarto de baño no tiene calefacción no hay como bañarse."

"Im Preis inbegriffen sind mehrere Wanderungen in die wunderschöne Umgebung. War uns bei der Buchung nicht klar - so ist es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Frühstück & Essen war sehr lecker. Die Massagen waren toll!"

"Zimmer sind sehr sehr kalt! Abends wird zwar ein Feuer angemacht und die Betten haben elektrische Heizdecken, trotzdem wurde es sehr frisch im Zimmer und alle Gepäckstücke & Kleider rochen danach nach Rauch."

"que me presionaran una semana antes para que hiciera el pago, cuando estaba por booking garantizado con la misma tarjeta de crédito que pague. de hecho la persona que me contacto me dijo que no pagaba anticipadamente iba a cancelar mi reserva y a mis amigos de chile les permitieron pagar en el alojamiento sin problemas."
