"This is an exceptional one-bedroom apartment a nice short walk from the city center. The owner clearly has a taste for quality and simplicity. Nothing excessive, but all you need for a short stay: well equipped kitchen, quality bedsheets. The sofa bed was good also for sleeping. Very clean. Parking in front of the house, quiet inside and out, AC is a plus. The terrace looked really nice, too, but unfortunately it was raining every day. Owner was very easy to communicate with on the phone."

"The living room had no blinding curtains but the owner promised to work on this. Bed was a bit hard to our taste. As others have mentioned, one more stool would be nice to fit everyone around the breakfast table."

"No privacy. Bathroom top window had no curtain (seemed like it was ripped off) so every time I went to the toilet i had to turn my back to the window. Same with the shower, it had a nice clear view to the window of the neighbouring house. The livingroom had no night curtain so all the neighbours could enjoy the TV at the apartment. Felt like I was on display at the zoo."

"Tidy and spacy apartment, silent place. You can find more things and amenities than You need, even some toys for children. Free parking at the building. Distance more than 1 km from the centre, 15 minutes of walking."

"It's time to change the sofa, because the surface has lost the shape, wich makes it not comfortable. Window at the sofa has no night curtain. A shelf near the double bed would be great."

"Pidimme alueen rauhallisuudesta sekä lyhyestä kävelymatkasta Tarton vanhaan kaupunkiin. Kiinteistö oli myös rauhallinen. Asunto oli upea! Asunnon varustelussa oli huomiotu kaikki asukkaan mahdolliset tarpeet;astioita ja ruokailuvälineitä tarpeeksi, lämmityspatterit, iso olohuoneen matto, vaatepuita tarpeeksi,kaikenlaiset pesuaineet, vanupumpulit ym, parvekkeen kalusteet, kenkälusikka! Asunto oli puhdas ja hiljattain remontoitu hyvällä tyylillä ja loistavilla kalusteilla. Ikkunoissa oli pimennysverhot. Viestintä isännän kanssa sujui mutkattomasti ja nopeilla vastauksilla. Ohje avaimen saantiin oli selkeä. Iso parveke oli ihana. Liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet olivat hyväkuntoisia. Ilmalämpöpumppu huolehti hyvästä ilman laadusta."

"Suomessa olemme tottuneet käyttämään bidee-suihkua wc-asioinnissa. Mutta ymmärrän, että bidesuihkua ei juurikaan ulkomailla ole ja sen puuttuminen ei ollut suuri asia. Kiinteistön rappukäytävä oli aivan eri luokkaa kuin itse asunto. Rappukäytävä oli lähes alkuperäisessä kunnossa, mutta kuitenkin toimiva (mm. valaistus toimi hyvin)."
