"This was a pleasant surprise. The place is a little out of the way, but this leads to a very quiet neighborhood and a sound sleep. The building is nicely renovated, it had a lounge on the first and the third floor and from the looks of it, if you were travelling with little ones, they would be well taken care of. Our room was a suite which we paid 75 a night for, including breakfast. It was spacious and had everything you'd expect. As a bonus, it had an excellent view from the window, which let us enjoy new year fireworks in all their glory. The breakfast was not extensive but it was good and fresh. The owner was a very friendly fellow and an interesting person to talk to. There's free parking in the yard, so your car wouldn't be on the street either."

"Breakfast was well enough and tasty. The room was spacious and quite well-equipped, with a wardrobe and enough desk space and racks. Good Wifi. Good location for visiting Otepää, Tartu or Elva, I recommend staying there, but you need your own transport."

If you seek for perfectly calm place but still want to feel the people and the world around you this is the right spot for you. The guesthouse is nearby to a small harbour where you can go for a drink or dinner, just a few steps to turist pathway in pine forrest which takes you to the beautiful beaches nearby. Fully equiped kitchen in the guesthouse and lot of places to sit and eat or just chill inside or/and outside, parking right next to the guesthouse, dog friendly. We had a room with balcony, it was big enough, with private bathroom."
