"Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful staff. On-site security 24/7 makes the stay safer. They made me an early breakfast and coffee for an early morning tour. This was unexpected and very thoughtful. They also provided a very cost effective transport to the airport."

"They provided a list of activities that they can assist with booking a day before I arrived. His would have been more helpful a few days earlier. This did not detract from my short stay. I had already made bookings."

"This place was actually a dream...fully set up, loaded with equipment (TV/washing machine with products!!/WiFi/Air condition/full kitchen with all accessories including oil, herbs spices tea/coffee...everything!!!!) Superb balcony with nice seating and shisha prepared in advance! This was one of the easiest bookings I have ever made and Kinga (*owner) was instantly responsive on WhatsApp and even double checked to confirm I was happy... I even offered to water the balcony plants was so nice... I do not normally leave exceptional reviews like this, ever, however... Definitely stay here... You won't regret 💯👌🥷"

"I highly recomend this place for your trip to Luxor. The villa is very clean, the rooms have all the amenities, they have extra services like massages, clothes cleaning and ironing, their food is delicious and they also have a car with driver for you to get around with. All this at very fair prices. The owner has welcomed us and made us feel at home. And bonus, you have a very nice temple in walking distance. So if you're on the look for a Luxor accomodation, go check it out, you won't regret it !"
