Hostel ini bertapak di pusat bandar Kaherah, hanya 200 meter dari Talat Harb Square yang terkenal. Ia hadir apartmen-suite yang luas dan berhawa dingin, dapur tetamu kecil dan kaunter penerimaan tetamu yang dibuka 24 jam. Semua suite mewah dilengkapi secara ringkas di Freedom Hostel yang mempunyai balkoni dan pemanasan. Beberapa sarang selesa mempunyai bilik luas mandi peribadi, manakala yang lain mempunyai kemudahan unit penginapan mandi berkongsi di ruang legar. Bufet Pagi kontinental dihidangkan pada waktu pagi. Beberapa dunia kulinari Mesir dan Antarabangsa, panggung wayang dan pusat membeli-belah tersimpan berhampiran. Kafe-kafe yang menghidangkan teh, kopi dan shisha terdapat hanya sejauh beberapa meter sahaja. Perkhidmatan disediakan bagi memberi kemudahan kepada para tetamu termasuk kemudahan dobi dan simpanan bagasi percuma. Untuk menempah lawatan sila pergi ke meja pelancongan di hostel, yang malah mempunyai sudut internet untuk berhubung dengan keluarga dan rakan-rakan.

"Very clean, perfectly located hostel with super kind staff. Unbeatable value for money. Don't confuse it with another hotel in the same building. Freedom Hostel is on the top floor to the right."

"It is right in downtown. Walkable. Had single beds in dorm which i liked along with a side table with lock. Had hanging areas in room behind door and clothes drying from window. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Have a communal fridge. Staff friendly and helpful in booking tours and guidance. Very filling breakfast. I would take along bread and cheese and jam as takeaway sandwiches for later. They have beans, pickled veges, boiled egg, cheese, jam, bread and fried falafel for breakfast."
"It is a lot of stairs to reach with luggage. Its 4 flights of stairs i think. The communal area has old furniture."

"I took the private room with attached bathroom. It was really good value, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Room was large and the staff very lovely indeed."

"Kindness, hospitality and professionalism of all employees, Eslam especially, but also nice Ahmed and all female personel we had interaction with. Hostel is clean, very pleasant, settled in beautiful, old, but neat and well kept building, not necessary to say super centrally located. Breakfast is full and super tasty...without exaggerating, all experience with Freedom Hostel was just right, we both just loved our stay here. When I return to Cairo, I won't search for new place to stay, I have found it."
