"Fully equipped, comfortable lounge and bedroom. Great location next to the free car park and main square. Good communication and easy access. Recycling immediately around the corner. We stayed for a week, and it was fantastic."

"A very lovely beautifully decorated house on a quiet small road. Lots of attention to detail to ensure that a customers stay is perfect. Spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Perfectly located in the centre of the town in lovely Quillan. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Emma."

"Tiny issue with the door lock, the host is aware. It's a weird door that occasionally confusing to some people like me, so I had a little bit of back-and-forth trying to make sure I coudl lock it properly."
"A TV would have been nice. I know you don't go on a vacation to watch TV, but in a town where everything is settled down by 9pm or 10pm, a TV would be a cheap and easy convenient addition."

"Small but perfectly formed! We've stayed in many, many rental properties and I don't hesitate to say that 5bis is up there as one of the very best. The thoughtfulness in what is provided is exceptional. The cleanliness was great, the facilities were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the decor fresh and attractive. This was the first time I haven't needed to 'make do' in a holiday kitchen. Everything I wanted was to hand. And it's well placed for the town centre and for access to the surrounding area. Whats App conversations with the host were helpful, informative and friendly - a really lovely touch."

"The house was located in the centre of town but also quiet. It was very well appointed with lots of little extras, milk, water to welcome us. The bedrooms were a good size with good quality bedding and the bathroom was very clean and spacious with an excellent shower and lots of hot water"

"Jolie maison rénovée, correctement équipée, avec grand jardin parfaitement clôturé. Accès en moins de 10 min à pied à la plage via un chemin qui part directement du jardin. Place de parking juste devant la maison. Chien accepté sans supplément, ce qui est très appréciable. Bonne situation géographique pour visiter la région."

"Excellent location for skiing and very clean. Didn’t meet staff but any support we needed was dealt with quickly via messaging. Only issue we had was hot water.. there wasn’t enough for 5-people but we did manage to get this sorted so only struggled first day or so. Would be a good idea to have constant hot water rather than having to switch it each morning - just a recommendation. Our overall experience was not affected we are an easy going family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just as an after thought - there is WiFi - previous reviews said there isn’t so pleasant surprise and good connection. Would recommend and would definitely look to rebook if heading back to Chatel."

"L'emplacement - calme et merveilleuse vue. La maison/chalet est très jolie avec double parking ; ayant un espace jeux - ta le de ping pong balançoire et autres. Appartement tres spacieux pour 2 personnes - salle de bain refaite, mais les équipements un peu "vieillots" - dommage. Excellent séjours que nous avons prolongé de 10 jours."
