"Ich hatte eigentlich nur 2 Tage Aufenthalt geplant & gebucht. Da ich mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt hatte, habe ich täglich verlängert und realisierte erst nach einer Woche, dass ich eigentlich Termine habe und leider wieder gehen muss :) Der Host nimmt sich auch sehr viel Zeit für die Gäste und man füllt sich sofort wie zu Hause."

"We had the best stay. Lovely cabin in an idyllic setting. Excellent facilities, with the hot tub, log fire, sauna. The kids loved their little room with their own beds. It was easy to get to using the free shuttle and super close to the bus stop, and in the most beautiful surroundings. The hosts were super accommodating and helpful, allowing for an early check-in and late check out."

Everything about Villa Duroux is simply wonderful: The beautiful peaceful setting, The immaculate Villa Sophie, the lovely pool and gardens, proximity to the Dronne and surrounding villages. But the standout part for us were our fabulous hosts - Richard, Ola, Sophie and Sienna, who made us feel totally at home and went out of their way to make our stay that extra bit special. They warmly welcomed our family and shared their knowledge of the area. They lent us their bikes, booked trips for us and accompanied us to the Montagrillades festival in the nearby village (which was a wonderful evening). There are so many things to see and do in and around the area - we only skimmed the surface of what the Dordorgne has to offer. But that gives us a good excuse to return for another visit!"
