"Super localisation pour ce grand appartement plein centre Épinal Super accueil d’Emma qui s’est arrangée pour nous guider et nous donner les clefs vendredi soir tard et nous avons pu rester jusqu’au dimanche après midi. Nous avons oublié un vêtement et Emma nous a proposé de nous le renvoyer par la poste. L’appartement est très bien pour 8 personnes, sur 3 niveaux, chacun peut avoir son espace. Tout a été refait à neuf. La literie est très confortable, les salles de bain petites mais très bonne douche."

Le seul petit moins si l on a des enfants en bas age , appartement sur plusieurs niveaux avec escaliers, Peut être prévoir juste de pouvoir fermer les portes sur les paliers ( du salon et de la cuisine) et le parquet qui grince ( bb qui dort,reveille) mais on ne peut pas tout avoir et ça n engagé que moi et n enlevé rien au charme de ce bien idealement situé."

"The building and car park was secured and safe. It was approx 15 mins walk for the main old town part of Rouen which was fine for us, and easy to do. It was a good sized apartment with plenty of living space for our group of 6 adults, 3 couples. And having two bathrooms with the two toilets also separate was a good set up. Kitchen has everything needed. The owner was very communicative and gave all details needed, and also allowed us a slightly earlier check in. Very helpful communications."
"The location was amazing being so close to the beach its perfect for a beach holiday. The room was clean and suprising cozy, especially at night. Virgine, the host was amazing, they constantly checked up on you via messages, and would ensure you were comfortable at all times."

"Beautiful view. (See photos)Tasteful decor and very well equipped. Roxana is very kind and helpful. Our arrival in Menton was very severely delayed but she was still there to meet and greet us with a big smile. There is a supermarket and bank close by and opposite is a bus stop where a free electric bus stops frequently and will take you all around the town."
"Sehr netter Vermieter, der sogar Deutsch sprach! Insgesamt gute Kommunikation. Gute Lage in der Anlage, dicht beim Parkplatz und kurzer Weg zum Pool. Gute Ausstattung der Küche (genug Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Gläser und Besteck, verschiedene Geräte wie Mixer und Pürierstab etc). Tischwäsche, Handtuch und Geschirrtücher sowie Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Neuer Sonnenschirm für draußen. Betten schon bezogen, sehr kindgerecht, vielen Dank! Lage der Residenz: Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man 20 Minuten bis zum Strand fährt (Richtung Vendres gibt es kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten). Dafür ist man in der Nähe von Colombier, dem Oppidum d'Enserunne und der wirklich sehenswerten Stadt Béziers. Ein großer Lidl befindet sich in der Route Capestang, wesentlich angenehmer als an der Küste in Serignan."
