"A good location at the edge of the beside and in easy access of the main approach roads. A very friendly and helpful owner who allowed me to store my bicycle indoors."

"Un hôtel au charme d'antan, dans lequel on croirait entendre encore l'écho des voix des voyageurs d'une autre époque et les rires de leurs enfants. On imagine bien qu'il fut autrefois très fréquenté et cela laisse une impression agréablement mélancolique. Tout n'est pas aux "standards" modernes, mais pour qui recherche une chambre en toute simplicité, en cœur de Villefranche, l'Auberge de la poste sera indiquée. Le monsieur qui accueille est tout à fait aimable et serviable. Nous avons aimé notre court séjour en ces lieux."

"The host is very helpful and wants to meet your expectations. Because our plane landed at 8 in the morning, he allowed us to enter the house earlier than the usual check in. They even let my daughters do their make up inside their yard, and when the previous guests left, they let them inside. Very very nice hosts."
"Voldoende slaapgelegenheid om met 3 mensen apart te kunnen slapen. De hoge tafel in de eetkamer/keuken was zeker een meerwaarde. Hoewel er op de website staat dat er een stapelbed was, waren er 2 slaapkamers met elk een dubbel bed en een zetelbed in de woonkamer. Nu was dit voor ons eigenlijk nog beter, maar was wel anders aangegeven."
"Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Wonderful location right next to the lake with an amazing view out the side window. All very relaxing. Plenty of parking nearby which you do need to pay for, but only during certain hours and easy to do this using the machine or on the flowbird app."

"The host was wonderful and allowed us to check in early . The room was spacious with a large ensuite, including bathtub. The shower was hot (give it 2 minutes to get there). The bed was extremely comfortable. The shared kitchen had everthing you would need.. The pool was lovely on a hot day. The house was very quiet and peacful. The location was a ten minute drive to the beautiful village of Barbizon, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and bakery. The larger town of Fontainebleau was a short 15 minute drive away. Both well worth a visit, including the Chateau gardens. We would love to return in the future. Maybe for the next Django Reinhardt Music Festval 2027??"

"Très bon accueil, personne très agréable et à l' écoute. Chambre très confortable avec sa petite terrasse. Repas du soir fait maison ou avec les artisans du coin très bon. Petit déjeuner fait maison très bon aussi. Salle de bain a l' extérieur avec toilette sèches mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Ciel très étoilé en cadeau la nuit."
