"Location was great and the house was very private particularly at the back for dining and in the garden and of course in the pool which was a good size. The youngsters 12 & 8 spent hours in it and it was well maintained and serviced twice a week. Easy secure on site parking for our 2 cars. The house is a good size with plenty of room for our family party of 6 adults and 2 children Good utility area with washing machine and ice maker, very useful. All you need is in the kitchen , and the gas BBQ was very handy. Nice having 2 seperate WC's one upstairs one downstairs. It is conveniently located for the coast and towns in the area Port Grimaud and it's old town on the hill , Ste Maxine and St Tropez. Just be sure to time your journey the coast roads are very busy in July/Aug. The ferry to St Tropez from Marines Cogolin is the way to go !"

"The location of this excellent villa is superb, really close to the lovely Bastide villages such as Beaumont, Issigeac, Monpazier and Eymet, for example, plus other pretty villages, e.g. Cadouin and Saint Avit Seigneur. The villa itself is rural and very quiet with an incredible, secure garden (we had 2 dogs with us) and a very welcome swimming pool. The villa is clean, spacious and very well equipped with a lovely double fridge / freezer. There is air conditioning in key rooms and fans for other spaces. Ulrich, the owner, is very quick to communicate via email and Andy is on hand in the area if you need additional support. There is a supermarket and vet in Beaumont (about 4 miles away). We would definitely recommend this wonderful villa and hope to return one day."

"Malgré un petit souci de communication au début, lié à un changement de logiciel du service de conciergerie, tout a été rapidement réglé et nous avons ensuite passé un merveilleux séjour. Nous avons été accueillis par un membre de la famille du propriétaire, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et un super accueil. Le départ en autonomie a également été très pratique. L’appartement est très spacieux et confortable, dans un grand chalet regroupant plusieurs logements. Nous avons particulièrement adoré le jacuzzi sur la terrasse, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes : un vrai moment de détente dans un cadre exceptionnel. Le parking est un vrai plus, et l’emplacement est parfait, juste à côté d’un loueur de vélos et de plusieurs restaurants. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir."
