"L'emplacement en centre ville dans une petite rue au calme. La terrasse même si elle est un peu difficile d'accès."
"L'appareil à raclette et le presse agrumes électrique peuvent paraître un luxe superflu, par contre un distributeur de savon liquide dans la salle de douche serait un vrai plus et un confort apprécié. Investissement dérisoire, les 2 litres coûtent 3 euros au Lidl pas loin de l'appartement.."

"Great location for a quiet an active vacation, in the middle of the woods. A lot of nice wild life in the garden. Great hosts. The apartment is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Priska and Denis for your hospitality!"
"Perfect place, really nice deco and Kimberley is very attentive and a good host, kind and goes the extra mile. The location is pretty good coming from the highway from Le Mans to Chartres and still your in the quiet and far in Le perche, which is nice. It's very clean, stylish, new and it has it all what you'd ask for."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The property is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing, yet very close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. Everything was as expected – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We felt great throughout our stay. The host was very kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. "Great house, with fantastic location - though it is not beachfront in my book with a 5 -10 minute walk needed to get to the beach. Well equipped and tastefully decorated it had plenty of games for the kids and all the kitchen accessories you could think of- we wanted for nothing. Swimming pool was great and water at a nice temperature. The local town Trébeurden has quite a few restaurants and bars, many overlooking a pretty beach. The wider area also warrants exploration with many picturesque beaches and coves and other attractions such as a mini Gaulish village for the kids to let off steam in and a telecoms museum based around the site of the first satellite tv broadcast across the Atlantic."

"L'appartement avec ascenseur au 2e étage est très bien agencé, très lumineux, moderne et très propre! La cuisine est très bien équipée avec beaucoup de vaisselle et batterie de cuisine, un grand frigo, un lave-vaisselle et machine à laver. Les draps ne sont pas fournis, mais la literie est bonne. Il est très bien situé: supermarché très proche, pharmacie, boulangerie, restaurants, coiffeur, tout se fait à pieds. Et une place de parking est réservée avec l'appartement. Soleil dans l'appartement et sur la terrasse le matin uniquement. Air conditionné réversible."
