"Convient for getting to town, pool looked good, site looked good, camping and cabins available (we stayed in a cabin). We could easily store the bikes (x3) by the cabin or on the porch."
"Maybe we were not prepared but remember, for the cabins: no towels, no bedding, no tea/coffee (there was a coffee machine), you have to clean the cabin before leaving, 350€ deposit."

"Such a well equipped and tastefully decorated home! The patio area was so lovely, with ice maker, fridge, sink, dinning table and even a Bluetooth speaker that our teens loved! The pool is heated with sun beds and a shower area. Kitchen facilities are excellent, with a lovely L’or coffee machine too! Bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are clean and well furnished. The hosts are lovely and so welcoming. We enjoyed the walk through the woods to the town which took 20 mins, but there is a handy free shuttle bus from Biot to Villeneuve-Loubet with the stop at the top of the road. It’s a great base to explore the French Riviera!"
"Clean, warm, lots of space (2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen). The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. Close to the center, 20 min walk. The car was parked under the window. Very convenient."
"Appartement chaleureux, bien équipé et bien placé ! Le lit est très confortable, j'ai passé de belles nuits reposante : calme, sans bruit ! La douche est spacieuse et la cuisine dispose des éléments essentiels pour organiser ses repas. (Pour cuisiner et/ou pour réchauffer) Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique ! "Really you have everything you need here! Very COMFORTABLE bed, they have a mini bar also! Fridge, cutlery, etc. Its like you rent a house for real. We stayed only one night but was really above expectations, and the owner very very helpful with pictures for understanding where the apartment is. Trully recommend."

"The apartment is very spacious, clean and well presented. The kitchen is very well appointed with modern appliances making it perfect for us to cook each night during our long stay. Having a large supermarket within easy walking distance was also a huge plus. The management is very professional, providing a helpful video to assist with the check in procedures."
