CARNAC CAMPING

"I booked my accommodation in February, so I should have indicated then that we would arrive after 23:00. 1 week before departure still no reply, although I have sent 6 e-mails asking where we can pick up the keys. We managed to reach someone by phone, but they only spoke French. Booking.com did nothing either. "Yes, we have sent you an email and we will pass on the message when they contact us." We were on the train on the way to the airport, still not sure how to get into the mobile home. They told us, someone will waith us. (bi midnight...???) We arrived 5 minutes before midnight, when we saw at the reception desk that there was a key box with an envelope with our name on it and the key inside. Hence the month long tantrum. They should have just written that the key was in the box at reception after 7pm. This proved difficult. And in the morning, there were 2 staff at reception, both of whom spoke excellent English. So who answered the phone?"

"The Alignements are just right outside the camping ground, great for our purpose. Free Parking available. The place is fully equipped with heating as well."

"Très bon accueil, l’hôtesse était agréable et souriante. Logement propre, confortable et bien équipé. On a apprécié les petites attentions : livres, jeux de société, crayons de couleurs, TV avec lecteur DVD… Tout est prévu pour se sentir bien, en famille. Les couettes étaient parfaites pour la fraîcheur bretonne nocturne. la clim peut être très appréciable en cas de forte chaleur. Dommage de n’être restés qu’une nuit, on serait bien restés plus longtemps pour profiter du logement et des activités du camping !"

"Posizione di fronte agli allineamenti. Piscina riscaldata aperta fino alle 18. Le Roulotte sono di fatto dei veri e propri Bungalow. Ogni tipo di accessorio. Non c'è la biancheria."

"Il boiler x l'acqua calda era spento e la reception era già chiusa. Manca ogni tipo di biancheria. Sarebbe comodo sapere dove si può noleggiare."
