"Location was very good for the centre of Ambrose and the chateau . With in walking distance and cycling is good."
"We had to go shopping straight away because there was no welcome pack not even coffee pods, salt ,pepper, or oil. Also, there were no visitors leaflets to let us know what activities were in the area."
"Walking distance of Amboise centre, go via the ecole maternelle, nicer route. A good base to see the chateau of the Loire valley. Some issues initially getting the wifi set up, but solved extremely quickly. Short drive to Chenenceau and a longer one to Chambord. There are good supermarkets nearby."

"We really liked this property - the host took great care with all the furnishings- if I had to add 2 things to make this absolutely 💯 perfect, I would add a washing machine & a car shade to park under"

"Cushions aren't comfortable. House doesn't look nice from the outside, no garden."
"Très bon rapport qualité-prix, proche des sites d'intérêt. La maison est décorée avec goût et offre suffisamment de volume pour 6 personnes en vacances. C'est agréable d'avoir les 3 suites parentales. La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle. Bref, que du positif !"
"Le fait de n'avoir qu'une seule clé pour deux couples."

"Perfect example of great hospitality, our hosts Christelle and Stephan were very welcoming and went out if their way to make us feel comfortable"
"This is our second stay at Gite Max and it was lovely to be met by Michèle. She is a lovely host and she kindly let us again invite our friends, a couple who live locally, to join us for lunch. She also allowed us to park close to the front door, to load and unload and this was a great help to my husband as he has limited mobility. We look forward to visiting again next year."

"The apartment is absolutely amazing. We wanted to have a view - and we had it! That was a trip on my husband’s birthday, and he remembers his birthday with that magnificent view for a long time, no doubts. We were given tips on the grocery store, on the bakery and on the convenient parking place (actually - exactly on the street where the entrance to the apartment is. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable, clean and convenient. We would be happy to be there again once in Luberon!"
