"It was a perfect place to stay overnight, confortable, very clean and quiet. Cute deco and good floor plan."

"Clean and cosy apartment with pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Quiet even in busy hours and nice air-con"

"Weird shower that kept leaking unless you pumped the water out which is easy enough to do. The front of the property and the hallway to the apartment is a bit run down but doesn’t affect the quality of the apartment"

"L'emplacement central avec des interconnexions de lignes de transport en commun, la proximité à pieds des commerces et du vieux port. C'est un quartier de Marseille très agréable. Appartement très fonctionnel clair et très bien équipé avec une propreté irréprochable. La présence du propriétaire à l'arrivée."

"The room was very pleasant, clean with a modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. The dinner was outstanding - we ate outside under an enormous linden tree, with birds singing. So it was a lovely setting. The food was really special and I would highly recommend eating here,"

"This place was a lovely hidden jem! We stayed as our friend was having her wedding just down the road and I'm so glad we found this place; it had such a calm, relaxing feel, like a home away from home. The host Marie was so welcoming and friendly and her dogs were adorable! A few other wedding guests were staying and she made us a lovely breakfast spread the morning before the wedding (she even kindly let us check out a bit later and made us some little nibbles the following morning when we were all feeling the effects of the wine!). The beds were incredibly comfy (I like a softer mattress and there was a nice thick mattress topper) and the room was very clean. I really hope to visit again as not only is the area beautiful but Marie really made the stay so much more special! Thank you so much!"

"Sue and Chris were wonderful hosts. We stayed for two nights and it was the perfect base to explore the East side of the Cherbourg peninsula. The room is beautiful and really well-appointed. Two relaxing chairs are the perfect place for a chat and a rest after a busy day and the bed was really, really comfortable. I feel the bathroom needs a special mention as it has a few touches which make it particularly special; a large shower, a dressing table with a tri-fold mirror and a hair-dryer, and a double sink! The breakfasts were delicious and had everything you could wish for… including some delicious home-made pastries. Each morning the table was beautifully laid with special touches which showed a real attention to detail and care. We visited and loved Barfleur and Saint Vaast-la-Houge whilst we were there. On our first night we managed to get the last table in a busy créperie in Sainte Mère-Église which is a short drive away. The galettes were divine!"
