"The location is perfect. Right in the center of Noce. Just 3 min walk to the beach. A lot of shops, restaurants around."

"Clean, cosy apartment with private terrase. Very close to beach and promenade along sea (not even a 2 min walk). You are just in the middle of nightlife, the same time apartment is isolated from any noice"

"I had a great stay at Chez Eva, very sweet and caring host. You got almost everything u need even got separate towels for the beach and for the shower. I felt so safe as a solo traveller myself within the building and there is a street of restaurants just outside the building even tho its very noisy outside the building especially at night but inside the room you won’t hear much of the loud noise which is was very peaceful. Its very convenient location too like about 2mins from the beach. 17 min walk to Nice-ville. 9 min walk to the tram station (Jean Médecin) towards the airport, takes about 35 min."
"Just that their is no spatula for cooking i meant for the eggs and some stuff and the kettle has to be clean properly inside tho i did not use it. But so far their is nothing more to really mention about not liking this Apartment."

"Picturesque location, sky unbelievably beautiful, you can see a Milky Way from here Building is historical and nice preserve, but at the same time clean and tidy. Service is great. Breakfast was great!"

"Great location from which to explore the surrounding area. Relaxing and peaceful gardens. Excellent parking for our motorcycle. Helpful and friendly hosts who did all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible."

"Jean-Pierre was great. Even though there was a language barrier we were able to communicate with help from a translation app. Dinner recommendations were good and the homemade breakfast was superb. The pool was great after a long day exploring in the heat."

"We were met on arrival by a gentleman with the door keys who explained the access. The villa was very spacious with all amenities you need. The garden and pool area were perfect , very clean with lots of seating areas to relax in. It was in a very quiet area , peaceful and relaxing. There was a large shopping area within a 10 minute walk so everything you needed was on hand. It was only 20 mins to Nice and a train ride to Monte Carlo, what more could you want!"

"Das kleine aber feine Apartment hatte wirklich alles, was man brauchte. Bequemes Bett, kleine Küche, Bad, sowie Fernseher und Mitbenutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist top. Die Gastgeberin Alicia gibt sich super viel Mühe, es allen recht zu machen und ist immer verfügbar, wenn man eine Frage hat!"
