"Great location. Very Clean. Modern bathroom of a good size. Comfortable bed. Shutter ensured the room was very dark at night which was great for a good sleep. Deep Cupboard by entrance with shelves was great for unpacking clothes & storing empty suitcase to keep the room neat. Lovely little restaurant ‘across’ the road. Small convenience shop for water/drinks & snacks nearby. We stayed in April. The weather was mild so the temperature was nice in the room."
"Contact lady only in French but we managed. Using booking.com messaging which could then be copied in google translate worked well. Another towel rail in the bathroom or hooks behind the door would work well. Not many plugs but sufficient for our needs. Kitchen is very small but good for morning coffee & snacks. We had our main meals at restaurants."

"The apartment was clean and tidy, very well furnished and happily situated for central Paris."
"Exceptional apartment in a perfect location. Preferred staying here compared to the hotels. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped, which was perfect for our trip. The location was fantastic, in the heart of Cannes, very close to boulevard de la Croisette and Rue d’Antibes, with lots restaurants, shops and main attractions close by to enjoy Cannes. It’s easy to get around. Most of all, Alfredo is an amazing host and very accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommended property and host, and will look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"The apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed. It is also very close to both the metro and the RER, as well as 2 large supermarkets. For us it was the perfect choice for our week-long stay in Paris - we could reach all attractions easily and had a cozy home to come back to. The host is also extremely nice and helpful."

"The place is renovated and has plenty of room. The sauna and hot tub are brilliant after all day of skiing or snowboarding. The owner, Thierry, gave as perfect welcome and helped with all our enquiries. You do need to have a car to get to places as it's a bit out of town. Overall, 10 out of 10 And definitely recommend the place."
