"The location is excellent — right next to the metro station and in the heart of the Old City of Nice, a very vibrant area. There’s even a Carrefour right below, which is very convenient. The apartment itself is comfortable and calm, despite the busy surroundings. The host is very friendly. There was no elevator, yet he personally helped carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. The apartment also feels very safe. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nice!"

"The building is old and you have to go into many corridors to reach the apartment. It felt like a maze at first, but you get used to it after a while. It’s located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so climbing stairs can be inconvenient for older people or anyone not very fit. There’s no view from the apartment. On weekends, the fish market below can make the area a little smelly when leaving the building."
