"great location! 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and train stations. Air conditioning was excellent, washer and dryer worked well, good kitchen. Showers worked well, beds comfortable. The couches were big and comfortable, excellent for napping. Entire property was recently remodeled, everything was up to date."
"Super Gîte, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Sermizelles, ce qui est très confortable pour venir en train. Grâce à la proximité de la gare nous avons pu faire une super randonné de 20 km (Avallon, Domecy et retour sur Sermizelles). Génial ! Le plus appréciable ces sont les apéros sur la terrasse ou dans le jardin très bien entretenu, avec une vue sur les champs très apaisante!! Les hôtes sont vraiment très efficace et très agréables. Bref un très bon week-end."
