"This one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Chaumont’s historic centre is like a dream. Alison has done a beautiful job of adding modern-day comforts while retaining old-world charm. There’s a private courtyard behind an aquamarine gate complete with ivy and heavy antique key, where you can sit at the table and enjoy your morning coffee. There’s a full-size and very well appointed kitchen. The TV is smart and has streaming services as well as free to air TV. The wifi is excellent. Communication with Alison was easy and prompt. I just wish I could have stayed longer."

"The location is superb and the host was remarkably responsive and patient with all my questions. The apartment is huge, very historic, and beautifully restored, with a spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. There are two televisions, a good sized dining area and cooking facilities."

Keith Maison Le Touquet
"Great location, easy to find. Detailed instructions, (including photos), of where to find and use the keys. Coffee and tea plus a new tin of biscuits."
"Studio propre et bien équipé , très calme, nous avons passé un agréable séjour"
"La superficie et la deco du logement, le calme, la literie confortable"
"Property was lovely and very clean. Was well equipped with everything needed. The building was very quiet (note at the time of our stay there was some building work to the outside of the property but the workers did not start until about 9am and were gone by the time we were back from exploring so we were not at all bothered or inconvenienced). Apartment was also very warm and cosy 😃"
"Grande bâtisse rénovée, et en cours d'évolution potentiel, perdu dans la nature donc très calme. Les propriétaires sur place et accueillant, prêt à discuter ou aider mais discret."
