"Дом очень хорошо расположен - недалеко автобусная остановка и станция электричек. Сам дом очень уютный, есть кондиционеры, которые работают на обогрев и было не холодно. Было очень чисто."

Hors-mis les locataires précédent qui avaient fumés dans le logement donc l’odeur de cigarette était forte et désagréable pour la respiration si vous êtes sensible ou asthmatique. Mais les propriétaires n’y peuvent malheureusement rien à tout ca et on était à l’écoute pour trouver un arrangement! Merci encore."

"The property was extremely well equipped, even had a washing machine. The kitchen had just about everything you would need and the kitchen knives were sharp enough. The view isn't too impressive (pretty ugly), though the balcony view is the best one. It's really close to the marina and the supermarket Super U is an easy 5 minute walk away. Because of the facilities in the kitchen you can take advantage of the supermarket's surprisingly good product palette if you like cooking. The parking space was also much better than I expected with more than enough room for my Skoda Octavia IV 2021 model which is a long and fairly porky estate car. There was not only a large fridge in the kitchen, there was also a beer fridge in the lounge which impressed me as an Englishman."
"Great apartment in an excellent location, just a short distance from both the city centre and the university. The area is lively and convenient, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, making it perfect for both everyday living and enjoying the local atmosphere. Highly recommended!"
