"Les 1 êres marches de l escaliers craquent ,pour la nuit , le bruit gêne les dormeurs du salon , L'ouverture complète des baies vitrées impossible (consigne) empêche d' aéré par grande chaleur .(Nous ne sommes pas exigeants de clim , sommes anti clim ) Les alentours entre le parking et l appartement méritent une sérieuse amélioration esthétique, rafraîchissement de façade et escaliers , quelques arbustes ou autre à trouver ..."

What we appreciated most was how warm it stayed inside, even on colder days. We barely had to use the air conditioning.
