"Logement hyper fonctonnel, très bien chauffé. Douche et salle de bain impeccable. Coins rangement de partout. Mobilier et cuisine bien agencé. Radiateurs imposants et modernes. Logement propre et accueillant.Studio très calme dans une impasse. Pas de circulation de véhicule. Télé avec Netflix, etc...Porte d'entrée avec dispositif anti-intrusion. Un vrai cocon..."

"Beautiful apartment, well equipped, in a great location, tram L2 runs from the airport straight to the apartment. When we went out on the balcony, the first thing we thought was: "Yes, that's us on the Cote d'Azur...". Everything is nearby, a few steps away - cafes, pizzerias, a supermarket, even a sushi bar. The city center is a 10-minute easy walk away. Public transport works great. Starting points for Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, Menton... are very easy to find. Best of all, the host is very kind and we had a nice and successful contact with him. Highly recommended, hope to see you again in beautiful Nice."
