"Staff were very friendly. Restaurant food was delicious! We were able to leave luggage at the hotel/restaurant on our last day. It was very close to the train station, the Church of the Sacred Heart (where St. Bernadette's baptismal font is located), and St. Bernadette's childhood home. There are at least two different paths to get to the hotel from the train station (Gare de Lourdes) by walking: one is through a long flight of stairs that connects Place Jeanne d'Arc to Avenue General Baron Maransin, another is through the Bd de la Grotte, which may be more comfortable to walk if you have luggage. It was convenient because it was close to a small grocery store (epicerie) and there are other restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations!"

"The location was great! Very short distance to the Basilica. Friendly staff at the hotel. Service was great. The best thing is that there is a restaurant right below, owned by the same owner. Meals can be served easily. Khách sạn rất gần nhà thờ, đi bộ dạo quanh 5, 10 phút là tới. Nhân viên phục vụ rất thân thiện niềm nở. Có nhà hàng đồ ăn Việt ngay dưới tầng trệt."
