"Hosts were very nice and answered all our questions, the place was lovely and well equiped. Everything was comfortable and the ambience was great. Very private both for guests and hostesses. I asked for a steam iron and they very kindly lent one to us. The bed was brand new and very comfortable. Kitchen was pretty useful, and there was plenty of space for clothes and other goods. They left us a key in a box at the entrance, which was very comfortable both for our arrival and our departure. THIS IS NEITHER BAD NOR GOOD BUT: Be sure to bring grosseries, at least for the first breakfast, since grossery stores are not too close. The Kitchen is equiped for you to bring food :)"

"The apartment is closed to Gare du nord and Gare de l’Est, many good restaurants & supermarkets nearby. The apartment is clean and has a comprehensive kitchen amenities, comfortable bedroom and nice spacious living area with sofa-bed. Anne- Marie, the property hostess recommended some nice restaurants and markets around the neighbourhood."

It is located in a very quiet area, sometimes even two donkeys walking around in the garden. We strongly recommend for travellers looking for a quiet, relaxed stay in a semi-rural environment, close to city and good access to the freeway."

"The apartment is decorated to a very high standard. The host seems to have thought of everything. There's a coffee pod machine, an excellent roomy shower and a tv with Prime and Netflix. The place was spotless on arrival and the bed is really comfortable. Simple check-in procedure and easy contact with concierge if needed (we didn't). The area is quiet overnight. Villeneuve-sur-Yonne is bigger than we thought, though not a lot going on locally it makes a great base to explore the surrounding area. Local train station with 1 hour ride into Paris. We would definitely book L'expedition again if we're back this way. Many thanks"
