"Sehr freundlicher Empfang und persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Direkte Antwort bei Fragen per Mail/Telefon. Lage für uns perfekt zwischen Innenstadt und Arbeitsort. Beides fußläufig machbar und Tramstation wenige Schritte entfernt. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt direkt nebenan."
