"Gîte atypique à voir absolument. Quelques équipements à revoir mais le prix est très intéressant et ce ne doit pas être facile d'entretenir un gîte de cette importance avec un revenu de location bas."

"Le chauffage Le chauffage est facturé en plus de la location, il s'agit de radiateurs électriques, dans une maison très humide, du coup les radiateurs fonctionnent non stop. Heureusement qu'il y a un poêle à bois et une cheminée, mais à notre arrivée la maison était très froide et très humide. De plus la cheminée du salon enfume la pièce IL FAUT L HIVER ALLUMER AU MOINS 2 JOURS AVANT L ARRIVEE DES LOCATAIRES"
