"Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft (Gite), deren Lage ideal ist, um die Highlights der Ardêche zu erkunden und vor allem Wanderungen in alle Richtungen zu unternehmen. Am Abend nach der Wanderung wieder anzukommen und den tollen Pool zu benutzen, zu relaxen und dann das Abendessen in der gut ausgestatteten Küche vorzubereiten und draußen auf der Terrasse zu genießen: Das alles war traumhaft schön!! Toll: Bio-Coop mit tollem Angebot samt Boulangerie in 4 Minuten per PKW erreichbar. Denkt aber bitte daran, das Pfand idealerweise in Cash dabei zu haben, das macht den Check-in leichter. Unser Gastgeber ist absolut vertrauenswürdig und gab das Pfand direkt beim Check-out zurück."

"Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de gastheer en gastvrouw.. Zij deden er alles aan om ons thuis te laten voelen, zoals een borrel met lokale lekkernijen, maar ook gaven ze veel tips waar we naartoe konden: we hebben mooie plekken gezien, die alleen bij de locals bekend waren en niet toeristisch. De omgeving was prachtig, het zwembad heerlijk en het huisje was schoon en knus. Er was ook een ventilator en airco aanwezig. Eigen parkeerplaats was ook een pluspunt."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, c est calme et reposant, paysages et sites à visiter magnifiques et les propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques, une valeur sûre pour passer de bonnes vacances. Gîte très bien et piscine tres apreciable, de plus situé à maximum 30 mn de splendides villages de caractère et d endroits pour se rafraîchir et n hésitez pas à aller à Prades prendre un café ou autre les patrons sont adorables."

"The location was lovely, with two beaches a short walk away behind the property. It was a 7 minute drive to the local supermarket if you time it well and 25 minutes during the morning and afternoon peak hours. No restaurants nearby, but we ate in each day. The property itself was spacious, simply decorated and located in a nice complex with a swimming pool and gym. Although I never met her, Alice was extremely responsive and helpful via WhatsApp."

"This lovely property is situated in the countryside, not far from Bourg-en-Bresse. It suited us perfectly for travelling to and returning from the South of France. Isabelle is a wonderful host who serves a lovely breakfast, including eggs from her hens. The bedrooms are situated upstairs in this old property. Although not huge, they are more than adequate. We chose a twin room and pushed the beds together. The shower is good, the rooms are airy, there are extra blankets available if needed and the upstairs space includes a kitchen and sitting room area for guests to share. In the nearby village of Montcet, there is a lovely boulangerie, patisserie, and chocolaterie in the square near the church. There are also a number is medium/short walks in the area. If we were to return to explore Bourg, we'd try to book Chambres d'hôtes Les Vignes."

"Wonderful old building and a very pleasant and friendly host. Breakfast was simple, but excellent, with tasty preserves (home made?) and the freshly-squeezed orange juice was a bonus. Comfortable room with views of the old chateau. There's off-road parking behind the house, but tricky to find. Best to have a look at a satellite view before setting out. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the village, which seemed to have a good community atmosphere. Highly recommended."
