"I can only confirm all the previous positive reviews, everything was perfect! Very comfortable apartment, where you have really everything you need, also small staff like laundry detergent for the wasching machine was available. The sofa bed was very comfortable, WiFi is very good (I worked for a couple of days without any issues) The apartment have enclosed car parking, so your car will be safe during your stay. Very good beach is just 5 munutes away. And on top of this Gérard is the most freandliest and genereous owner I ever met! He left some very tasty local cakes, fresh baguette, local wine, water and other staff as a welcome present. My special thanks him for that!"

"Excellent accommodation for 5 days, good location close to the beach, cycle lane for running and an even better host. Sincerely, the best host I've ever met and I've travelled a lot! He even came to pick me up from the airport and when I arrived he had lots of extras in the flat including two cakes and wine. I would definitely repeat a lot of value at a good price. "Gerard was an amazing host and very welcoming. We had everything we needed and more. He left us some treats, food and drinks, he offered us access to Netflix and even found TV channels in our language that we can watch. We had multiple options for pillows, towels and covers and the bed was very confortable. To add to this, everything was very clean, the view was great and the parking spot really helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was great. The host was really nice, he gave us useful tips where to go (not just clasical towns but the hidden ones), he was more than generous (he prepared wine, cheese, milk, tarts, chocolate, butter, fresh bread and much more). His studio is more than well equipped, nothing is missing (ok, maybe one big knife), it's lovely decorated and we will definately come back. Not to mention it's just a few minutes away from the center of Golfe Juan and the beaches. We travel a lot and we always hire nice and cosy places but this studio is TOP OF THE TOP."

"The owner is a very nice person, he explained everything to us very clearly. The appartment is very quiet, about 300 m from the beach. There is literally everithing in the appartment, from washing capsules to kitchen utensils. Gérard surprised us with several goodies, wine, cheese, waffles etc."

"I would like to thank Gérard for his outstanding hospitality. He was so nice to take us from the train station and show us the neighborhood. He also had a bottle of wine and delicious cakes waiting for us, besides the studio had literally everything one would ask for! The apartment is very near to the beach (5 mins of walk), and it’s perfect as we were looking for somewhere close to Antibes but at the same time needed a relatively calmer beach to hang out during the day. Thank you again Gérard for having thought about every detail that made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I haven’t come across such a hospitable host before, who I can say genuinely cares about his guests."
