"The air conditioning didn't work at all and looked like it hadn't worked for a while. It was pretty hot weather when we arrived, and coupled up with a smallish room, this was the only thing we were unhappy with. We are booking again in a months time. I really hope the air conditioning is working this time."

"Exactly what we needed - clean and tidy, close to the motorway and a very good, lots of choice continental breakfast. This isn’t a leisure or luxury hotel - but perfect for a stop over when travelling. Especially impressed with the free and unlimited use of the water machine - both sparkling and still chilled water on tap to fill our own bottles with. Very useful for our onward journey."

"We had to wait during breakfast and for checkout because there was only one staff tending for the breakfast room, the checkout/reception and the rooms cleaning organisation. This doesn't seem compatible with keeping a smile on the staff face."
