"The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a good selection. We were offered a cooked breakfast if we wanted it which was a nice touch. The location was more central and therefore busier than I had expected but, having said that, there was a great atmosphere and if you wanted quiet, the highly effective balcony doors kept traffic noise out. The balcony itself was a generous size as was the room itself and the bathroom. The aircon was superb - easy to control and super effective. Also, the hotel, being central, meant easy access to all the harbour front restaurants and shops. I actually wished we'd spent another night or two there."

"Finding the place wasn't quite as easy as I'd anticipated and not helped by the narrow one-way system along the front. We ended up finding a free vacant parking space a little way away and double checking on foot first how to get to the small car park at the rear of the hotel. There are enough spaces I think but parking is tight given the hotel's location. I would add that this would not deter me in future."

"A Stretta is a rather small hotel and the owner was welcoming us upon our arrival. We had a very pleasent stay at the newly renovated hotel. Clean, cosy and spacious rooms. Very friendly host. Breakfast was well served on the terrace. Perfect location on the oceanfront."
