"We came from Canada and did not get the shuttle bus service from Airport, and we waited 1.5 hours for shuttle bus and found out no more shuttle bus after 9 on Sundays. Then we got the taxi for 80 euro, way too expensive and we could not join the parade at Louders church as we were very late, really disappointed. The purpose we came for this but could not do it."

"Parking is very tight especially if you have an SUV. Ac units in the room took about an hour to cool the room properly."

"The bed linen because I am kind of sensitive, but they find me a cotton linen which was good enough. And also the air condition on my 2nd night was not working well but they fix it. Maybe next time I will ask them to put me in the higher floors because its a bit noisy on my window room."
