"I had a lovely experience here. The location is very accessible by public transport, the hotel is super easy to locate, check in is quick and easy, bed is comfy, sheets were clean and towels also. I was able to leave my luggage there for a few hours after checking out the next day to be free to explore Marseille."
"No elevator and having a couple of cups would be very useful for the guests. You will hear the noise outside at all hours of the day (but that is true for almost all hotels that are central)."
"This hotel was well priced and very good value for my stay. It was clean, secure and comfortable. The location was excellent. Very central to the Marina and city center. I had no issues with noise at any time, day or night from surrounding restaurants, shops etc, nor from other hotel residents. All 3 staff that I met, were polite, helpful and friendly. So good to have a good coffee machine at reception. If this is your price bracket, please respect of all the positives, and accept any limitations . Many thanks."
"Unfortunately no elevator but this is openly disclosed when booking and the staff were very helpful when needed."
"The location is great. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room and the all hotel was very clean."

"It was clean and convenient. Mattress looked brand new and air conditioner worked well."
"I paid three times the usual price due to a local event, but that’s life."
"The two gentlemen at reception were very kind and helpful."

"Good location in oldtown. Very cute and cozy. Nice view from the windows."
"Everything was well."
"Nice hotel in the heart of Toulon. Friendly staff with a little cute dog who greets all guests."

"Location, cleanliness, generally pleasant nature & helpfulness of staff... . except for..."
"No offer to help this 64 yeat-old woman get her case up the remaining 2 floors (Reception is on first floor; the building has character ...and thus no lift) Independent by nature, I did not EXPECT help. I did, however, reflect later that it WOULD have been nice... ...and not unreasonable: the gentleman on reception was a good 20 years younger..."
"Better then what I expected! Friendly staff, clean room, quality bed sheets, very central and a good value for the money I paid."
"Noisy area but it is not the hotel fault because it's located in the very center next to Vieux Port metro station. There is no lift but the reception guys are friendly and ready to help!"
"Nice hotel close to the harbor. Very kind receptionist. Safe area. Clean room, bathroom and hotel. I will come again."
"All was good."

"Heerlijke rustige en prachtige plek om na een dag op pad te zijn geweest hier weer terug te keren. Of om gewoon met een boekje aan het zwembad of in de mooie tuin bij te komen. We werden prima verzorgd door Willem en hij heeft fantastische tips: welke restaurants, waar parkeren, waar naar strand, wat is de moeite waard in de omgeving etc. Dat scheelt een hoop uitzoekwerk. Alles was erg schoon en de inrichting van de kamer was ook heel mooi. Net alles weer geschilderd. We gaan zeker terug!"

"Le confort , le calme du quartier , la facilité pour se garer à proximité , l'extrême gentillesse de l'hôte qui nous a accueilli."

"On arrival did not expect to much but when gate opened and got to meet the host who took me to my room, all changed . I was blown away how nice it was . Did not expect any of this as in photos all did look basic despite having high ratings. Property way way better then in description , super big bed , nice shower , in general place was massive . Host where superior and welcoming , they all as family with little daughter greeted me , was very nice . big terrace overlooking garden , perfect was for my Cuban cigar to smoke :). Coffee, tea making facilities as well as small TV . Really recommend and can give whole 10 Stars for the place .with breakfast being served that did not expect . Thank you very much"
"Great house boat in a beautiful location. Loved the town too. The gite provided everything you need for a very comfortable stay."
"Kind staffs and cleanness of the hotel. Good to stay a night at Cluny."
"The gite was clean, well equipped and ideally situated for visiting many of the chateaux in the Loire, Cher and Indrois valleys. The gite is set in the centre of the owner's forest with their own house nearby. The location is very calm, peaceful and private, and it was easy to sleep late, especially with such a comfortable bed! Catherine and her husband Xavier and later their daughter, Hortense, who also lives close by, made us very welcome and we enjoyed an early evening aperitif with them during our stay when we were treated to the sight of a magnificent stag with huge antlers which stood proudly guarding one of the does from his harem that was feeding at the edge of our clearing. A great stay, thankyou Catherine, Xavier and Hortense for your welcome and hospitality - and also the cyclamen plants - Wendy will be sending a photo."
"A great little hotel in the centre of Condom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good range of choices and all offerings were very tasty."

"Very big, spacious apartment with everything you need for your stay including things like oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets etc. Nice quiet area and parking on the property. About a 30 minute walk to the old town/castle. Train station is very close and there is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away."
