"Love how friendly the staff were, always someone at the front desk. Nice lobby area with free teas and coffee and water. Clean rooms. Secure front door, guests need to have a key card to enter the hotel. Lovely for a weekend break, however the rooms and elevator up to the rooms are small so might not be suitable for guests staying longer than 2/3 nights"

The gentleman on reception was incredibly kind, he helped with my Ubers, guided me when I felt unsure, and made me feel safe in a city I didn’t know. His kindness meant more to me than he probably realises, and all the staff turned a beautiful hotel stay into a memory I’ll hold close. I’m already planning to come back in the spring. "The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and always available for anything you need. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food. The hotel is in a great location, well connected by both bus and metro. Highly recommended!"
