"The staff alone made us rate it this high. Perfect location and pretty reasonable price"
"There was a bulge in the bathroom floor, the room is a lot smaller than the photos suggest, the lobby is nicer than the room."
"Location is great, near subway station and there are lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. The employees, especially Wills, are friendly and helpful."
"Housekeeping didn't provide sufficient toilet paper & tissue on the 3rd & 4th days. We had to request them from the reception."
"The nice sized rooms , the cleanliness , the host will was very polite and welcoming"
"Nothing it was perfect"
"Convenient location in the city center, the room is comfortable and cozy."

"Given it is a hotel in Paris, the room was spacious. The staffs were kind. AC works well. The location is amazing."
"The towels were not very clean - stains in the corner for all towels I received. There was no conditioner/lotions, only body wash."
"The room was spotless and a very good size for hotels in Paris. The bed was comfortable."
"We were confused about breakfast options. I had booked the hotel very late the night before so didn’t have time to thoroughly check whether tea coffee in room/breakfast was available. We were told when we arrived that breakfast was not available on Sunday morning. When I checked the documentation in the room it was clear that breakfast was available Monday to Friday however when we asked about breakfast on Monday we were again told that breakfast would not be available. The reason for the confusion is that we saw places set for breakfast on Sunday and Monday mornings. By the time Tuesday came we were checking out and didn’t bother with breakfast anyway. Other than this, we had a very good stay and I would recommend this hotel."
"As soon as I arrived, the receptionist was so wonderful. He upgraded my room as it was my birthday!! They were so accommodating and friendly. Parking was great! You could park right outside the hotel!"

"Helpful staff. Hotel, bar and restaurant in one place. Good breakfast."
"Family travel with 4 years old son (from Paris) - Very good restaurant at the hotel. To be honest, we did not expect such a quality restaurant, really enjoyed. - Inside swimming pool (open until 10pm) + Sauna box. - Hotel’s garden. Cozy and relaxing"

"Love this hotel. Visited twice now and was not disappointed. The only thing is that on Sunday there were no scramble eggs for some reason, not sure why because I had them on the Saturday morning and really enjoyed them with the bacon. Just one little observation the bacon could be a little warmer. Room, beds, bathroom and bathroom products excellent. Absolutely amazing young man on reception."
"Perfect location. Lovely staff, great breakfast , comfortable bed and so quiet"
