"This is a great little hotel run by a friendly gentleman who was most helpful. The room was a very good size (ground floor, accessible) with a very comfortable big bed and an excellent shower. The breakfast room and terrace are charming. It's very good value, immaculately clean and is a super location for cycling to and from Bourges along the Berry Canal (all flat, scenic cycle path). The local restaurant by the town clock gate is also great and the medieval town has a lovely park."

"This small and family-owned hotel can certainly be recommended. The rooms are comfortable, with good quality beds and a well-equipped bathroom. Very quiet at night. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and make you feel welcome in a personal way. A simple, but good breakfast in the morning can be enjoyed at the terrace in case of nice weather. Parking lot is just adjacent to the hotel, a good restaurant (Café de l'Horloge) is in walking distance"

"We arrived on a Monday when the restaurants were all closed. There was the option of a simple dinner in the hotel, reasonably priced and delivered to our table. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. All the staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful."

"Don’t stay there on a Sunday unless you want to have to drive 25 mins to indifferent restaurants on an industrial estate on the outside of Bourges. Everything in town shut."
