"La camera era molto pulita e accogliente, c'è veramente tutto il necessario per un soggiorno. Alla reception sono state/stati tutti molto gentili. Per la colazione c'è una varietà di prodotti freschi. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alla piazza Bellecour, però se uno vuole c'è la fermata dei bus e della metro vicino all'albergo."

"Hotel rinnovato di recente, ottima posizione in zona tranquilla (15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro, 5 minuti dalla metro). Staff molto gentile, colazione davvero buona (soprattutto la parte dolce) considerando anche che si stratta di una catena di hotel. Garage piccolo e stretto, ma con qualche manovra è più che comodo. Pulizia impeccabile"
"Mancano gli asciugamani per il viso, non li hanno nemmeno su richiesta, ci sono solo teli doccia. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con accesso disabili e quindi la doccia era completamente senza chiusura, si bagnava quasi tutto il bagno. Ma è una situazione limitata solo alla nostra camera"
