"Wonderful apartment for a peaceful stay in Nice! Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood perfect for those looking to relax. The city beach is just a 5–7 minute walk away, with supermarkets nearby and an easy tram connection to the city center. Getting from the airport is also super convenient the tram takes you almost directly to the apartment. The view of the sea from the balcony is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a full kitchen with a coffee machine, clean towels and bed linen, air conditioning everything was thought out. The host was very friendly and responsive, always available and quick to help with any questions. If you’re looking for a calm and cozy place to stay in Nice, this is a great choice. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful and quiet location with a great terrace, comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, very pleasant hosts. Note that part of the apartment has a low ceiling., but as the room plan is very clever, this was even with a body length of 1.90 m unproblematic."
